Refund Policy

All products sold by The One Pattern Institute are digital goods — delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer automatic refunds.
That said, if you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, we will review it.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your original purchase date.
- Requests are reviewed individually. We consider the circumstances of each case.
- There is no return address — these are digital products. Nothing physical is sent or returned.
- Duplicate charges or billing errors will be resolved immediately.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@the1pattern.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the purchase
- Your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- A brief description of your reason
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
What We Do Not Refund
- Change of mind after accessing the content
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after purchase
- Purchases made under a promotional price
