What We Collect

When you purchase a product or opt in to receive the free guide, we collect your name and email address. If you purchase through BuyGoods, payment processing is handled entirely by them — we do not store your card details.

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) through standard analytics to understand how the site is performing. This data is aggregated and not tied to individuals.

How We Use It

• To deliver your purchase and provide access to the member portal.
• To send you information relevant to what you purchased — course updates, session reminders, and new resources.
• To send marketing emails if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Email Marketing & Unsubscribing

If you opted in to receive emails from The One Pattern Institute, your email is managed through ConvertKit. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from our list immediately.

Alternatively, email us at support@the1pattern.com and we will remove you manually within 48 hours.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect your portal access or transactional emails related to your purchases.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in to the member portal and to understand how the site is used. No tracking cookies are placed without a legitimate purpose. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect your ability to log in to the portal.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site and deliver our products:

• Supabase — member portal and account management

• Resend — transactional emails
• Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Your Rights
